With modern offices in New Braunfels and Spring Branch, we are passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment for our patients and their families. We're looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor. Answer and direct incoming phone calls; schedule and confirm appointments. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments. Verify and update patient records and insurance information. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment. Communicate with patients regarding treatment schedules, reminders, and follow-ups. Support office staff with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and email correspondence. Assist with patient financial agreements and coordinate with the treatment coordinator when needed.
Qualifications:
Previous dental or orthodontic office experience preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate!). Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional, friendly, and polished appearance and demeanor. Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Strong computer skills (practice management software experience a plus) Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude including great listening skills Experience with Google Suite preferred Reliable transportation

  • 5pm Must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month 9am
  • 2pm (Lunch provided) This position is flexible 30-40 hours depending on the week Position may require working at both New Braunfels and Spring Branch offices depending on scheduling needs.
