Front Office Receptionist

MINT Physical Therapy is currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in an office position. We are a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in New Braunfels which thrives on providing great customer service. This may be a part time or full time position. We may consider part time of at least 20 hours/week. Eligible for health insurance and PTO after full first month of employment if full time. Must have reliable transportation and may be asked to work at our Spring Branch clinic 1 day/month. We are open until 640 Monday-Thursday and close at 4PM on Fridays. Must be able to work during these hours, although there may be some flexibility that can be discussed at interview. Requirements/Duties include:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
• Customer service /greeting patients and visitors
• Scheduling / checking in patients
• Taking payments
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Auditing charts / maintaining patient records
• Daily/weekly/monthly compliance tasks including cleaning
• Previous medical office experience preferred but necessary
