Job Description
Position Summary As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position involves managing reservations, answering guest questions, handling administrative tasks, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, online booking platforms, and in person Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information Utilize Google Workspace and other software systems to manage daily operations Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and daily front office operations Support guest communications, marketing initiatives, and social media efforts when needed Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience Identify opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction What we're looking for Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Someone who takes ownership of their work and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Comfortable learning and using reservation and office software Hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Must be available to work weekends and holidays Our Culture We're looking for someone who understands the importance of professionalism, accountability, and balance.
