Role:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling multi-line phone systems efficiently. The Receptionist ensures smooth communication by providing bilingual support in English and Spanish, facilitating clear and effective interactions. Additionally, the role involves performing general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, operating office equipment, and maintaining organized records. Ultimately, the Receptionist contributes to the overall efficiency and positive image of the organization by delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Experience managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling appointments. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of general administrative duties and office equipment operation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience working in a bilingual office setting.

Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support office operations.
