  • Pflugerville North Austin We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the first smile our guests see when they walk through the door.
As the face of our hotel, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth Complete all check-in and check-out procedures accurately Manage phone, online, and walk-in reservations Verify payment methods and process credit card transactions securely Provide guests with information about room types, rates, amenities, and local attractions Address guest questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Assist with group bookings and coordinate special requests for VIPs and event guests Promote and upsell hotel services when appropriate Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest accounts Support guests with requests throughout their stay Qualifications & Skills Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Familiarity with reservation systems and travel websites (Booking.com, TripAdvisor, etc.) preferred Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Why Join Our Team?
