is seeking a motivated, bubbly, "people" person for Customer Service Receptionist. MUST have computer and phone skills.
Job Description:
Smile! Answer incoming phone calls Keep customers happy and build relationships Greet and write up clients coming in for service Call all clients when service is completed Present and explain invoices with clients and collect payment Schedule clients for service and make reminder calls Input data into management software Send out reminder letters, postcards and thank you cards Occasionally pick up and drop of clients Light cleaning and tidying up (we have a janitor for major stuff) Call "lost" clients and reactivate them Sign clients up on any promotions that are running This is a great position for a detail oriented outgoing people person. MUST have valid Texas driver's License and pass a felony background check and a drug test. .
