Serenity Salon & Spa is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check clients in and out Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with inquiries Schedule and book appointments Manage appointment confirmations and reminders Process payments and maintain accurate records Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with general salon organization and daily operations Multitask efficiently while providing excellent customer service Support salon staff as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Previous receptionist, salon, spa, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
