Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. Greets all visitors in a professional and courteous manner, and maintain visitors log Ensure the professional appearance of the front lobby directing the flow of traffic Answers calls timely and professionally in a courteous manner to ensure calls are directed and/or escalated to the appropriate department. Manage meeting room availabilities and process meeting room requests for external meeting set-up Ensure the Board Rooms are clean and equipped at all times Ensure daily overnight packages are sent out each day Making and sending out name badges for employees Assist with sending UPS packages and reset UPS accounts for internal users Handle all building maintenance requests/complaints Receiving and delegating incoming shipments Maintain supplies for US Mail and UPS Update Employee Phone Directory (this includes the badge numbers & garage/dock access) Escort supply vendors from shipping dock to our floors (Canteen, Iron Mountain, Office Depot, UPS/FedEx) Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
