We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
MUST BE FLEXABLE WITH SHIFT HOURS
schedules will be given out monthly are as follows: 7AM
  • 3PM Take out breakfast, clean-up lobby and breakfast area. 3PM
  • 11AM as needed will asset with Laundry duties 11AM
  • 7PM set up breakfast at night
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the property management system
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails related to reservations and guest services
  • Process payments, verify billing details, and maintain accurate guest records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address service requests
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards 7AM
