In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and support office management activities. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude will ensure a smooth and efficient front office environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately within the office Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette, and route calls efficiently Manage incoming emails, messages, and correspondence with professionalism and clarity Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, maintaining records, and supporting customer support efforts Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment is preferred Prior experience as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is a plus but not required Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and friendly demeanor will make a lasting impact!
