Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a warm and friendly attitude Manage appointments and bookings efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and payments Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Support the team in creating a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends Join our team and be part of a growing brand that values excellence, creativity, and customer satisfaction!
