Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Dental team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong time management skills, proficiency in office systems, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Perform consultations and convince patients to complete Dental work Bill insurances and apply patients for 3rd party finance options. Answer phone calls, Make phone calls , manage inquiries, Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records. Schedule appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents. Manage office supplies, and maintaining office equipment. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Assist with any additional tasks as required by management. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred to assist diverse clientele. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
