Part - Time Front Desk Receptionist Alta Moda Salon About Us We are a luxury, high-volume hair salon known for exceptional service, elevated client experience, and a team-oriented culture. Our salon caters to a loyal clientele who expect professionalism, efficiency, and warmth from the moment they walk through our doors. We are currently seeking a polished, organized, and energetic Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Position Overview As the first and last impression of our salon, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, multitasks with ease, and maintains a positive attitude under pressure. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Answer and direct high-volume phone calls Process payments accurately (POS system experience preferred) Coordinate stylist schedules and manage wait times Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with retail sales and product recommendations Support salon team with administrative tasks as needed Social Media Postings and Communication Qualifications Previous receptionist or customer service experience (salon/spa experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable handling transactions and cash management Availability for evenings and Saturdays Schedule Part-time (15-25 hours per week) Must be available evenings and weekends.
