  • Job Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated receptionist/legal secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in law office procedures and possess strong administrative skills. This role involves managing and coordinating cases, client communication, and will serve as a receptionist for the office by greeting visitors on the phone or in person and directing them appropriately.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury law
  • Must speak Spanish. This is an on-site position at our San Antonio office.
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, provide case status updates to current clients Conduct data entry and maintain case files Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information Support team with personal injury cases Proofread legal documents for accuracy Conduct legal research as needed

  • - Prior experience in a personal injury law office setting Proficient in data entry and writing skills Ability to conduct client interviews effectively Familiarity with personal injury Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Fluent in
