The receptionist will be the face of the dealership and the first impression. Receptionist:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments Greet visitors and employees as they walk into the building Verify appointments Managing incoming calls and correspondence Managing constantly shifting priorities with flexibility and accuracy Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing related information Screen incoming calls, E-mails and correspondence - responding independently when possible Will be required to scan and file Restock and keep the customer lounge areas clean Responsible for keeping immediate area and the surrounding area clean and tidy Qualifications of the
Receptionist:
2 to 3 years working as receptionist or in a customer service environment Experience working a multiline phone system and have basic computer skills Experience setting up/verifying appointments for clients and/or researching/answering client's questions Must be able to provide quick turnaround of unanticipated requests Must be able to prioritize and organize workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency Maintains a polished and professional demeanor that aligns with company standards and enhances customer confidence. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer experiences, build rapport, and address client needs effectively. Proven ability to negotiate effectively, close deals successfully, and maximize value for both the customer and the organization. Must possess a state-issued, valid driver's license. A history of safe and responsible driving with no major violations. Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Completion and clearance of a pre-employment drug test as part of the hiring process.
