Job Description
Job Overview Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Seguin is looking for a high-energy, dependable, and outgoing Front Desk / Member Services Team Member to help support our growing academy. This position plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for students, parents, and new families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and can help guide new students through our programs and trial process. The ideal candidate is organized, coachable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. Martial arts experience is not required. Duties Greet students, parents, and guests warmly upon arrival Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails. Help schedule introductory and trial classes Assist new families with the enrollment process and membership setup Follow up with leads and prospective students Maintain accurate student and scheduling information Support instructors and staff during class operations Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional academy environment Assist with events, seminars, camps, and promotions Process payments and assist with front desk administrative tasks Provide excellent customer service and communication at all times Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional appearance High energy and outgoing personality Dependable, punctual, and coachable Comfortable speaking with parents and prospective members Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer and technology skills Customer service or sales experience preferred Ability to work evenings and occasional Saturdays Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn Position Details Part-Time Position Afternoon and Evening hours required Located in Seguin Pay based on experience
