Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls using office phone systems. Excellent communication in Spanish and English Tag incoming clothes, sort Maintain accurate filing systems Provide customers their orders Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times. Prefer:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a front desk or receptionist role. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with office procedures and equipment, including phone systems and filing methods. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
