Job Description
Bennett Walton Vision exists to to guide patients through their LASIK and cataract surgery journeys. We are located in Houston, TX. We are patient-centered, collaborative, supportive and our goal is to guide patients through their surgical vision improvement experience to bring the joys of their lives into better focus.
Responsibilities:
- Create a first impression of a warm and welcoming environment by greeting all patients with a smile and acknowledgement upon arrival.
- Check patients in and out, accurately arrange all new appointments and follow up appointments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, assist patients in new paperwork and updating paperwork.
- Maintian front desk
- keep clean and presentable at all times
- Maintain faxes, mail and incoming packages
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- No eye surgery knowledge required
