The ideal candidate has prior receptionist or front desk experience and understands the importance of professionalism, effective collaboration skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Greet visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Maintain a clean and organized front office area. Provide administrative support to office staff and management. Support day-to-day office operations as needed. Requirements Minimum 1 year receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Pay:
