9-5pm (Sunday/Monday off) We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Strands Salon in Sugar Land TX. In this vital role, you will manage daily front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for clients and callers, and support office management tasks. Your positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism will ensure a smooth and efficient salon environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing excellent customer service and routing calls accurately Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Meevo, Google Suite Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office operations Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and courier deliveries Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement needs Support basic marketing tasks on FaceBook Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls professionally Strong typing skills coupled with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Experience in customer service or customer support roles that require clear communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm meets your organizational talent!
