Front Office Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Office Receptionist with outstanding presentation to create a positive first impression to clients, vendors and visitors. Responsibilities Greet all visitors, assist with check-in procedures and check out procedures. Answer and delegate incoming calls and text messages with professional phone etiquette. Handle data entry tasks. Run business errands as needed. (using company vehicle). Support office management tasks including supply inventory, filing, and organization of documents. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and visitors. Collaborate in executing daily business tasks with warehouse/shop coworkers. Run errands between office and warehouse/shop. Requirements Proficiency in computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
