Job Description

Cook Ford is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a huge role in creating a positive experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or calls our dealership. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, has a great attitude, and brings positive energy to work every day. Previous receptionist, phone handling, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. If you're organized, enjoy administrative work, and can confidently communicate in both English and Spanish, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude Assist customers in both English and Spanish Help route customers to the appropriate department Perform general administrative and clerical duties Assist with dealership communications Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For Fluent in both English and Spanish Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Professional appearance and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working with computers and basic office software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain friendly and professional in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and be coached Why Cook Ford?
