This role is the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. This work of this role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of our financial advisory office. This role is an On-site position. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $47,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions Reception and Administrative Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage the office calendar, including client appointments and internal meetings. Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients. Support advisors and staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning. Manage incoming and outgoing USPS, FedEx, and UPS mail deliveries. Maintain Reception and Common Areas Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen. Order and manage office supplies and refreshments. Projects Support special projects as assigned. All other duties as assigned. Education & Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent experience) required Previous receptionist or office experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable Proficiency in business office procedures Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks Salesforce and Workday experience a plus CRM experience preferred WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $42,500.00 - $63,750.00. The Receptionist role is compensated through a combination of base salary and variable pay, with total compensation aligned to performance metrics and company goals.
