Full-Time | Monday-Friday | In Office Temporary A dynamic and growing organization is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-service mindset who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment. The Receptionist will provide front desk coverage, administrative support, and office coordination assistance while partnering closely with Human Resources and office leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner Manage incoming calls through Microsoft Teams phone system and direct inquiries appropriately Coordinate visitor check-in procedures, issue visitor badges, and notify employees of arrivals Support new hires and visitors with office tours and first-day readiness activities Assist with meeting room setup, organization, and cleanup for meetings and events Order, stock, and maintain office supplies, snacks, beverages, and refreshments Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation Provide administrative support to HR and office operations teams as needed Assist with organizational charts, employee lists, flyers, and internal communications Support cross-functional office initiatives and special projects Qualifications High school diploma required; some college preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Assistant Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team Additional Requirements Must be able to work onsite five days per week Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and dependable administrative professional looking to join a collaborative and team-oriented corporate environment.
