Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere. Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments within the organization. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and multi-line phone systems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
