Job Description

Armadillo Sport Chiropractic Victoria is hiring for a full-time experienced Front Desk Coordinator. We are a well-known, established and growing chiropractic clinic with our main office being in Calallen (outside of Corpus Christi). We are looking for a front desk coordinator who will bring experience, work ethic, a great attitude and willingness to work hard, have fun, and provide excellent patient care. Our clinic is fast faced and qualified applicants must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned duties. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer phones Schedule patients using PracticeStudio Verify insurance Verify information on file is accurate, necessary documentation is on file and obtain if necessary and scan paperwork/ID's/insurance information Secure necessary signatures on patient medical records including Privacy, Patient Rights, Financial documents Collect payments Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing and data entry Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and office area Utilize chiropractic terminology accurately Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and timely Perform office closing duties as assigned Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, visitors and other clinic staff Is courteous in all interactions The position requires the following: Friendliness Professionalism High attention to detail Good listening and communication skills Great customer service skills Familiarity with chiropractic Spanish speaking is a plus High school graduate or GED with at least 1 year of chiropractic or medical office experience or qualified experience Competent computer skills with Windows-based programs Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle the confidential nature of duties, tasks and information Ability to prioritize and stay calm under pressure Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and independently in a fast-paced environment
