Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience, managing front desk operations, and educating patients on the benefits of ongoing chiropractic care while supporting clinic performance goals. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional clinic experience Educate patients on wellness plans, packages, and services Assist with patient check-in/check-out and manage scheduling Maintain accurate patient records in clinic systems Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups Support clinic goals by converting patients to wellness plans Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area Qualifications Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and promotions Basic computer skills and ability to learn clinic systems Reliable, professional, and goal-driven Schedule This role requires availability during clinic hours, including open-to-close shifts .
Monday-Friday:
9:30 AM - 7:00
PM Saturday-Sunday:
