We are looking for someone who can create a welcoming and positive experience for every applicant, client, and visitor who walks through our doors seeking employment opportunities and workforce solutions. Location 6321 Sanger Avenue Waco, TX 76710 Position Overview The Front Office Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This individual will assist applicants through the hiring process, answer phones, greet visitors, schedule interviews, and support the recruiting team with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet applicants, clients, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Assist applicants with onboarding and application processes Schedule interviews and maintain office calendars Support recruiting staff with administrative duties Maintain organized front office and lobby areas Enter and update applicant information in company systems Assist with employee and client communication Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced office environment Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Basic computer and data entry skills required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to help others Why Join Express?
