Receptionist position duties include: answering phones, emails, and text messages, booking appointments, signing clients up for memberships, cleaning and laundry, guiding float clients through the needs of their appointments, great customer service, and keeping the schedule running smoothly. They will be able to assess and evaluate the muscles of the body to identify the areas that are causing you pain or limiting your mobility. They will then use the necessary massage techniques and services to effectively bring balance back to your muscular system and get you feeling better. Float therapy continues to grow as people discover the amazing health benefits of floating that scientific research continues to validate. Because some people can feel trapped or claustrophobic in traditional float pods we chose to go with open float pools to be the most comfortable and accessible to the widest range of people possible. As researcher Dr. Justin Feinstein puts it "The open-air design completely removes all feelings of claustrophobia. I cannot overemphasize the importance of having an open pool for anxious populations. Without it many of our patients would have refused to even try floating." Description We're a massage and float clinic in American Fork looking for a receptionist that loves customer service and has a passion for health, wellness, and punctuality.

Job duties include:

answering phones, emails, and text messages, booking appointments, signing clients up for memberships, a large amount of cleaning and laundry, guiding float clients through the needs of their appointments, great customer service, and keeping the schedule running smoothly. This job requires bending, lifting, walking, and sitting. We have clear systems put in place for every task, so you never have to wonder what is expected of you or how to do something. We value having a safe and drama-free work environment where employees enjoy coming to work each day! We are currently looking for a part-time (20-35 hours) receptionist who is comfortable and confident working individually and and as part of a team. Successful candidates should be computer literate, self-sufficient, willing to learn, and comfortable working solo. Shifts are mornings from 8am- 3:30pm and evenings 3:15pm - 10:30 pm Monday through Saturday. There is also a rotating Sunday Deep Cleaning shift at a higher pay rate. Schedules can be discussed at interview. Schedule flexibility is required. You will not be considered if you are not open to working morning, evening, or weekends. Previous experience working in reception or with scheduling software is helpful but not required. Benefits include discounted (60% off) massage and (100%) float appointments. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Salary $14 - $15 per hour
