Schedule:
Friday & Saturday Responsibilities:
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and appointment requests. Ensuring the salon is tidy and presentable at all times. Warmly greeting clients as they arrive and checking them out after their services. Efficiently scheduling and rescheduling appointments to optimize salon operations. Handling payment transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling. Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Collaborating with the salon team to ensure a smooth client experience. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient computer and phone skills. Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry. Punctuality and reliability. Ability to work on the following schedule: Friday 1:30-6 Saturday 8:45-1:30pm Filling in as needed Competitive hourly wage. Opportunity to work in a vibrant and friendly salon environment.
