Position Overview Our Spa Receptionists are the heart of the guest experience. You will be the first and last impression for every client who visits The Spa Lounge. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, dependable, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service. We are hiring for multiple locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and Utah County. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments Check guests in and out of appointments Recommend and sell professional retail products Coordinate daily spa schedules Prepare lockers and amenities for spa guests Assist with laundry, cleaning, and maintaining spa presentation standards Help create a relaxing and professional spa environment Support daily spa operations and team members as needed What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and dependable attendance Comfortable using computers and scheduling software Weekend availability Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or spa experience is a plus but not required Why Join The Spa Lounge?
