What You'll Do:

Welcome and check in guests, including at the WaterZone Handle cash and register transactions accurately Assist with retail sales and merchandise Answer guest questions about park activities, events, and amenities Help maintain a safe and fun environment for all guests Support team members during special events and programs Work in the snack shack, assisting with food preparation and customer service.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old Must already have or be able to obtain a

Food Handlers Permit Customer Service Skills :

Must have a friendly, outgoing demeanor and a commitment to excellent customer service. Attention to

Detail :

Ability to accurately process reservations, payments, and reports.

Communication :

Strong verbal and written communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination.

Tech-Savvy :

Comfortable using reservation and point-of-sale systems (training provided).

Problem Solving :

Quick thinker who can handle issues calmly and professionally.

Schedule Flexibility :

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality, front desk, or customer service role is a plus. Familiarity with reservation software (e.g., Campspot) and POS systems (e.g., lightspeed) is beneficial. Sales experience or ability to upsell is highly valued. Must have a valid food handler's permit or be willing to obtain one.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
