PART TIME 16-25
hrs per week. Saturdays required•We are looking for a reliable, dependable, detail oriented and hard-working individual with great customer service skills. In this position you will be overseeing many office related tasks including helping the admin team. These tasks will include basic receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, text messages, reviewing and responding to emails. You will speak with customers to answer questions, quote pricing, and schedule appointments. You will be trained to use our software program to enter customer information, create quotes and jobs, manage invoicing and accepting payments for our client base. You will be responsible for scheduling multiple technicians and making sure they have full work schedules each day. You will be the liaison between the customer and the technician to ensure good communication for team collaboration and support. The primary role of this candidate is to respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure quotes are sent to clients within a reasonable time, jobs are booked, reminders are sent, and details are not overlooked. Pay is based on skill and competency. Pay raises will reflect ability to effectively manage the responsibilities. An ideal candidate would be someone self motivated, results driven, positive attitude, and a team player. '
