Bilingual Receptionist Utah Immigration Attorneys Murray, UT Job Details Full-time | Internship $15 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Spanish Phone answering Filing English High school diploma or GED Full Job Description A Bilingual Receptionist/Legal Secretary (English/Spanish) needed for reliable part-time (possible full-time) position (preferably enrolled in Paralegal/Legal Assistant Program). Flexible schedule for students enrolled in Paralegal/Legal Assistant Programs (willing to assist in internships.) The Receptionist is responsible for, but is not limited to, the following: (i) answering telephone calls; (ii) recording and transmitting phone messages to the attorney and/or secretary; (iii) placing telephone calls (in Spanish) for a lawyer and/or secretary when requested; (iv) helping clients when they arrive for an appointment and with whom; (v) scheduling of appointment with clients; (vi) receiving and collecting documents provided by clients and delivering them to appropriate staff for follow-up; (vii) making copies of various documents and forms for attorneys, client, and other staff members when needed; (viii) assist in the filing of papers, faxes, mail, etc.; (ix) assist in projects given by staff; (x) organizing documents when needed; (xi) understanding of technology; (xii) properly translating of documents (including legal documents, birth certificates, marriage certificates, etc.) from Spanish to English/English to Spanish; and (xiii) other tasks, responsibilities, and training depending on ability and willingness to perform in highly trained and detailed manner.
