You will aid the Customer Service Department during the busy season, which runs May-October. We have start dates ranging from May 1st-June 1st, and end dates can be flexible based upon your availability. You will enter orders, respond to emails and phone calls, and other light office duties. We are conveniently located right off the highway at 800 North, in Orem, so it is an easy commute for anyone in Utah County.   • Enter orders online accurately and rapidly Ensure there are no duplicate orders in the system Ensures that customer orders are for the correct product Other duties may be assigned Job Requirements
  • Ability to follow instructions and be a team player Ability to stay on task in a busy work environment Self-motivated to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately Standard computer knowledge Excellent typing skills 10 key skills are helpful Effective oral and written communication skills Exhibits punctuality and professionalism Regular and predictable attendance Education and Experience
  • Customer service experience is preferred High-school diploma or equivalent Physical Demands
  • The employee is required to talk and hear. Often, this position requires the employee to stand, sit, bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, ascend and descend stairs. Also to reach with arms and hands, and use hands and fingers to feel, handle, and manipulate keyboard keys. The employee is also required to lift up to 20 lbs. Disclaimer
