If you are hired for this posting, the franchisee will be your employer and is responsible for the terms of your employment. Responsibilities
BUILD CLIENT LOYALTY
Assess clients needs
  • Listen and ask questions. Sell them the appropriate services
  • Utilize knowledge and give advice. Sign clients up as members
  • Provide clients with the program that is the best value for them. Resolve all concerns with a positive result
  • Do what is right for the client.
Provide 5-star service to all members, employees, and outside contacts. Responsible for promoting MassageLuXe in a positive manner. Execute all MassageLuXe policies, procedures, and programs consistently, and in the spirit in which they were designed. Generate new clientele through promoting grassroots marketing. Uphold all MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness, safety, facilities repair, and equipment functionality. Implement all spa cash management and banking procedures accurately and consistently. Maintain a positive, safe, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in your spa, for both clients and fellow employees. Qualifications Must be comfortable with sales. Committed to building client loyalty. High School Diploma or equivalent. Drug free. Proven leadership skills. Strong sales and administrative skills. Willing to work a flexible schedule.
