This position is for the following weekly shifts: Tuesday (2pm-7pm) Wednesday & Thursday (8:30 am -2 pm) Saturday (8:30-3:00 pm) 1st & 5th per month This position is exclusively for a Front Desk Receptionist role. Applying for this position does not guarantee future employment as a Master Esthetician, nor should it be considered a pathway or prerequisite for an esthetician position within the spa. Requirements Confidently navigate and manage multiple software systems, including scheduling platforms, point-of-sale systems, and internal communication tools. Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues and support team members in software use as needed. Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication with both clients and team members. This includes answering phones, responding to emails, confirming appointments, and relaying important updates across departments. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms. Ability to adapting the brand voice. Dependable with strong time management skills. Team-oriented with a willingness to contribute to overall spa success. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to follow established policies, procedures, and brand standards. Comfortable educating clients on services, products, memberships, and promotions. Ability to perform daily operational tasks, including cleaning, stocking, and maintaining the appearance of the facility. Professional appearance and adherence to dress code standards. Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays as needed. Ability to cover additional shifts within the spa. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, medical, or aesthetics. Experience with appointment scheduling and point-of-sale systems. Familiarity with skincare products and aesthetic services is a plus. Self Starter, enjoys staying busy and taking initiative.
