Job Description

Position Title:
Summer Administrative Support Assistant Pay Rate:
$12.00 per hour
Schedule:
12:00 PM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday (minus holidays)
Reports To:
Site Director Position Summary The Check-In/Check-Out Staff member is responsible for helping create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for members, families, and visitors. This position manages daily attendance procedures, assists with clubhouse administrative tasks, and helps ensure smooth arrival and dismissal processes. Key Responsibilities Greet members, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage daily check-in and check-out procedures accurately Maintain attendance records and program documentation Ensure only authorized individuals pick up members Assist with answering phones and directing questions to appropriate staff Support staff with basic administrative and organizational tasks Help maintain a safe and organized front desk area Communicate clearly with parents regarding program procedures and concerns Follow all organization safety policies and confidentiality guidelines Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and google sheets Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Experience working with youth or families preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Ability to supervise busy arrival and dismissal areas Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds Preferred Qualities Friendly and approachable personality Strong teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for working in a youth-focused environment Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $12.00 per hour
