What You'll Do:

• Work part-time with three 8-hour shifts, giving you more days off to relax and recharge!
• Provide top-notch customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone at our busy vaccination and spay/neuter clinic.
• Check clients and their pets in for appointments, handle payments, and schedule surgeries—all while creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
• Educate pet guardians on vaccination schedules and the benefits of spaying/neutering.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
• Part-time hours at 20-30 per week.

Who We're Looking For:

• A detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• A team player with at least one year of experience as a vet receptionist.
• Comfortable using computers and typing at least 45 wpm.
• Ready to take the initiative and support your fellow staff members with a positive attitude.
