Job Description
Launch Your Career in FinTech Atlas Clearing, Inc. / Wilson-Davis & Co. is seeking a Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to support daily operations in a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer and FinTech environment . This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming communications , ensuring a professional and secure office environment. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling mail and packages, supporting internal administrative workflows, and routing incoming calls efficiently. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail in a compliance-driven environment . This position performs administrative and operational support functions and does not engage in regulated financial activities . All responsibilities are performed under the supervision of leadership , consistent with a non-registered support role.

What You'll Do In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly by: Front Desk & Guest Services Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional and secure check-in experience Greet and direct guests, vendors, and clients in accordance with company protocols Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal staff regarding arrivals Ensure reception and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable Mail & Package Handling Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Manage outgoing mail, courier services, and shipping coordination Track and appropriately handle returned mail, including documenting and routing for follow-up Maintain secure handling procedures for sensitive or confidential materials Phone & Communication Management Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel Take detailed messages and ensure timely delivery Support general inquiries with accurate and clear information Administrative & Office Support Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document handling Support office coordination efforts such as meeting preparation and supply management Coordinate with facilities, IT, and vendors as needed for office operations Assist with internal projects and cross-departmental initiatives Compliance & Operational Awareness Follow firm policies regarding visitor access, confidentiality, and physical security Maintain awareness of handling requirements for sensitive information under Reg S-P physical safeguards Escalate any unusual or suspicious activity to management What We're Looking For We're seeking a professional and dependable individual with strong organizational and communication skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume front desk environment Strong attention to detail and organizational disciplinePreferred Qualifications:
