This position is responsible for answering and directing telephone calls, greeting clients and notifying employees of their arrival, logging pickups and deliveries, scheduling conference rooms and other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Dependable, conscientious, organized, with attention to detail Excellent communication skills Polite, courteous and helpful High level of professionalism Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
