  • Posting may close at any time) Job Summary The Maintenance Front Desk Clerk assists residents, visitors, and Sunnyside employees at the Sunnyside Apartments Maintenance Office.
May also assist in processing maintenance requests, administrative support, or other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, attend to walk-ins, and respond to emails. Check and create maintenance work orders. Process and communicate move-out notices for residents. Scan and attach documents. Maintain front desk space and bulletin boards. Receive mail and packages for maintenance coming from the front door. Create signs for office closure or out of service. Check out and check in loaned keys and dollies. Provide battery replacements for resident and light bulbs for CAs. Other general office support as needed.
