This role combines exceptional customer service, efficient scheduling, and sales support to create a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, and a quick leaner that pays attention to details, and possess a proactive attitude to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and energy. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette. Handle appointment scheduling, and calendar management Support office management tasks such as responding to leads and guests, and maintaining organized records. Assist with customer service inquiries via phone, email, text, or in person, providing accurate information and support. Maintain a clean and professional reception area while managing incoming mail and deliveries. Requirements Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines confidently; bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage inquiries professionally and courteously. Knowledge of office management procedures along with administrative experience supporting personal assistants or executive teams is preferred. A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
