Med One Group , a leader in the medical equipment finance industry for over 25 years, is seeking a self-motivated Part Time Receptionist to join our headquarters team in Sandy, Utah. Essential Functions Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner Greet and assist visitors, guests, and employees with exceptional customer service Maintain building security by verifying visitors and managing visitor/employee sign-in and sign-out procedures Maintain a professional and organized reception area Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and other office support duties as needed Complete general office projects and other duties as assigned Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Professional appearance and customer service mindset Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Assist other departments with projects and administrative support as needed Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Regularly required to communicate effectively in person and by phone. Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands for routine office tasks. Must have the ability to read documents, view computer screens, and maintain visual focus.
