We're looking for a self-starter who believes in the value of health and wellness, not just as a job, but as a lifestyle. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real room to grow as we do. You'll be the face of the clinic. Your home base is the front desk, and we'll cross-train you in clinic operations so you can support the team wherever needed. Schedule (Starting Part-Time) Monday

• Thursday | 8:00 AM
• 1:30 PM Hours will expand to full-time as the clinic grows — the right person grows with us.

What You'll Do Open and close the clinic each day Greet patients and create a warm, high-end experience from the moment they walk in Manage scheduling, phones, texts, and patient follow-ups Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation Discuss pricing and collect payments with confidence Support clinical flow and cross-train in clinic operations as needed Who You Are A genuine self-starter — you notice what needs to be done and do it Dependable and consistent, every single shift Organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven Someone who takes their own health and wellness seriously Comfortable discussing pricing and high-value services A clear, polished communicator Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Bonus:

Experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetics environment, or a background in concierge/high-end client service.
