Job Description

Our client is seeking a reliable and professional On-Call Receptionist to provide front desk coverage as needed. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to step in on short notice. The On-Call Receptionist will greet visitors, answer and direct calls, manage administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Based on general knowledge.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Based on general knowledge.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Based on general knowledge.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Based on general knowledge.

Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and document preparation. Based on general knowledge.

Coordinate with internal staff to ensure coverage and communication needs are met. Based on general knowledge.

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
