Job Description

  • Monday-Friday schedule, competitive pay
  • SERVICE TITAN OR CRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Are you a people person who enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly?
Join our team at Vern's Plumbing, a trusted, family-owned and operated plumbing business serving the community for over 35 years. We're currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist who can be a reliable point of contact for our customers and technicians.
What You'll Do:
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule service appointments and manage daily dispatch calenda
  • Handle general office tasks (filing, data entry, processing invoices)
  • Support the team with clerical and administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
  • Friendly, organized, and dependable
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Previous office or receptionist experience required
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, scheduling software, etc.
