Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various office software, and have a welcoming demeanor. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files. Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management. Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize office operations. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clientele. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous. Familiarity with office management practices and administrative procedures. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming environment. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience as a personal assistant or in clerical roles is beneficial.
