The Spa Receptionist position at Boar's Head Resort is a guest-facing role that manages spa operations, appointments, retail sales, and front desk services while maintaining luxury hospitality standards consistent with Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Four Diamond expectations. Key Responsibilities Schedule, confirm, and coordinate spa appointments. Answer multi-line phones promptly and professionally. Process retail purchases, gift certificates, and appointment payments. Assist guests with spa service recommendations and upselling opportunities. Maintain front desk organization and retail displays. Monitor and restock spa amenities, linens, treatment products, and supplies. Help with inventory counts and stock management. Provide spa tours and answer guest questions about treatments and resort amenities. Coordinate with hotel guest services to ensure smooth guest experiences. Report maintenance issues and support overall spa operations
