Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
  • Must have 1 year minimum dental office experience
  • Must speak fluent Spanish
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in computer systems.
As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide information about our organization, services, and products to callers and visitors
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
  • Submit claims efficiently and use dental software
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with project coordination and office management tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Experience:
  • Previous experience in dental or medical setting
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and experience with phone systems We offer competitive pay based on experience.
